Performance animals : The Decron Poultice Wrap is ideal for routine maintenance, and as an adjunct in the  management  of  minor  injuries  and  infections.

During the healing process, inflammatory mediators signal the body to increase blood flow to the affected area. The increased blood supply delivers nutrients, oxygen and white cells to assist in the resolution process. Accumulation of fluid can limit blood flow to the area. Reducing the amount of swelling through icing,  bandaging,  and  poulticing  is  important.

The Decron Gel is a combination of natural plant extracts selected for their osmotic properties. The natural oils in the Gel, include Lavender, Tea Tree Oils, and Arnica - have well known anti-bacterial, antiseptic  and  anti-inflammatory  properties.

In routine leg management, the combination of 25 - 20 minutes of icing immediately after strenuous exercise, followed by the application of the Decron Poultice Wrap, is an excellent management practice.

DOMESTIC ANIMALS AND PETS: If an infection or injury is suspected, expected veterinary advice must be sought to ensure appropriate medical attention. The Decron Poultice Wrap can be used in conjunction with  prescribed  treatments.

Instructions:

1. Ensure treatment area is clean and dry

2. Remove poultice wrap from packaging

3. Cut poultice wrap to required size

4. Peel away the plastic film to expose the gel side of poultice wrap

5. Apply gel side of wrap to treatment area

6. Place firm (not tight) bandage over the poultice wrap to ensure an
   airtight environment
